Here, we present 14 different hotel chains that all offer easy access to their bedding. Even better, several of them are also offering seasonal discounts on pillows purchases right now, so you can sleep better for even less – pair these with the latest unmissable mattress deals to save even more.
The world-famous luxury hotel chain, The Ritz-Carlton, has five pillows on offer — ranging from plush duck down to hypo-allergenic options that are no less sumptuous.
The Ritz-Carlton Pillow, the hotel’s signature pillow, is filled with a blend of down, duck feathers, and Lyocell fibers. It’s an innovative alternative to traditional down pillows, plus the 100% down-proof cover means it’s suitable for those with allergies. You can order the pillow in King, Queen, and Standard sizes.
For an eco-friendly choice, the fiberfill in the Down Alternative Pillow is made from recycled bottles and is supremely comfortable. It also comes in King, Queen, and Standard sizes.
And if you’re looking to really treat yourself, choose The Ritz-Carlton Down Pillow, filled with 100% white duck down. If you prefer full, thick pillows to thin pillows, then this is the one for you.
Ritz-Carlton Shops is based out of the US and ships worldwide, including to the UK. Right now, all of its pillows are on sale for 15% off (opens in new tab). That puts prices as low as $41.65 (approximately £33.45).
Marriott offers an astonishing 13 types of pillows for you to buy, though most of them are for decorative purposes. However, we’d posit the Bolster Pillows would serve as a decent neck roll pillow for when you want a little extra elevation whilst reading or watching television.
A fan favorite is the Marriott Pillow. Guests love the 70% goose down and 30% Lyocell fiber filling, which makes up the outer layer of the pillow. The pillow’s core is filled with duck feathers. It’s allergen-free, machine-washable, and available in King, Queen, and Standard sizes.
Marriott also offers a cotton-covered Body Pillow filled with 100% polyester fiber. Many people find these useful during pregnancy, and it’s also one of the best pillows for side sleepers looking for a body pillow to help with spinal alignment. Less seriously, large body pillows are also wonderful for those who enjoy watching TV or reading in bed.
Marriott has online storefronts in both the US and UK. Both sites offer free shipping, with occasional discounts throughout the year.
The Waldorf Astoria hotel chain offer a carefully chosen selection of just three pillows. The premium feathers and down in the Feather and Down Pillow are sealed in a 100% cotton cover. Exclusive to Waldorf Astoria, this pillow comes in firm and soft versions, both available in King and Queen sizes. Our research suggests the firm choice works well if you sleep on your side or back, while the soft version works well for front sleepers.
The hotel brand also offers a Down Pillow and if you’d prefer to go completely down and feather-free, there is also a synthetic option. The Down Alternative Pillow is filled with lightweight and allergen-free clusters of fiber, wrapped in a soft, cotton-blend pillow casing.
The Waldorf Astoria Boutique is based in the US and ships internationally to the UK, although UK residents will be responsible for paying duties and customs fees.
Sofitel only offers two pillows in its North American storefront; however, browse its European site and that selection expands to five. Both sites ship globally, but US-based shoppers will be paying a premium for shipping from Europe — likewise, UK shoppers buying from North America.
The two pillows available on both sites are the Feather and Down and the Goose Down. The Sofitel-exclusive Feather and Down Pillow is extra soft, covered in cotton and allergen-free. The Sofitel Goose Down Pillow offers something more deluxe, with its 90% goose-down fill, topped up with only 10% feathers. It will set you back a little more than other pillows, but the comfort is worth it if you can afford to splurge.
At Sofitel’s European storefront, you’ll also find a Down Alternative Pillow stuffed with a microfibre fill for a warm, cozy night’s rest; a Memory Foam Pillow that adapts to any sleeping position; and a colorful Relaxation Pillow with silicone fibers that can fold for ultimate comfort whilst sitting or sleeping.
All Sofitel Boutique sites are taking 25% off all pillows (opens in new tab). That knocks starting prices to as low as $55 (or approximately £45, converted from Euros).
For us, the best two Westin pillows are the Feather & Down Pillow, and the Fibre Pillow. Westin’s Feather & Down Pillow offers cloud-like softness with a blend of 70% feathers and 30% down for firmer support. The antimicrobial treatment also helps those with allergies.
If you like to avoid feathers, the down alternative Fibre Pillow will work well and also has an antimicrobial finish. Both choices are machine-washable, and while the Feather & Down Pillow is available in two sizes, the Westin offers the Fibre Pillow in three different sizes.
Aside from a couple of decorative pillows, Westin also offers a Body Pillow. Side sleepers will especially benefit from sleeping with an elongated, full-body pillow.
The Westin Store has sites based in North America and Europe to serve US- and UK-based shoppers, respectively.
The Sheraton has three standard pillows on offer: a Down Pillow, a Feather & Down Pillow and a Down Alternative Pillow.
The Sheraton’s Down Pillow (US only) is very soft, but it’s also very resilient and won’t compress easily. Better yet, it’s machine-washable. The Feather & Down option is 30% duck feathers and 70% duck down with a 100% cotton cover. The Down Alternative Pillow has an anti-microbial finish and promises medium-firm support.
Sheraton also has a plush polyester Body Pillow, which offers an extra layer of comfortable support for couples who like to sit together in bed. It’s useful for side sleepers, too.
The Sheraton Store operates in North America (for US shoppers) and Europe (for UK shoppers).
Hilton hotels are classics, one of the first names you think of if asked to name a hotel chain. So you’ll be delighted to hear that you can purchase their bedding for yourself from their Hilton To Home storefront. Based in North America, Hilton To Home ships internationally to the UK, as well.
The brand currently sells three pillows. There’s a luxe Down Pillow with a 100% cotton cover; a Feather & Down Pillow for balanced plushness and support; and a Down Alternative Pillow with cluster fibers and a hypoallergenic cover. Purchase a separate pillow protector to keep your Hilton pillows fresh for years to come.
All Hilton sites are currently taking 20% off all pillows (opens in new tab). That knocks starting prices to as low as $39 (or approximately £31)
Unfortunately, the European site is not allowing for purchases of pillows right now with every product labeled as ‘coming soon’.
The people behind W Hotels (which offer super fashionable stays complete with amazing swimming pools worldwide) have expanded their range to sell three of its popular sleeping pillows, along with a selection of chic decorative pillows that look comfy in their own right.
There’s an affordable Down Alternative Pillow, which has a cotton cover, is allergen-free, and comes in three different sizes (King, Queen, and Standard). It’s the more affordable W Hotels choice. Or, you can opt for the pricier Feather & Down Pillow with a luxe filling of 50% feathers and 50% down plus a 100% cotton cover. It also comes in three different sizes to fit King, Queen, or Standard size beds.
Then there’s the super plush Down Pillow (US only) with white duck down fill that’ll contour your head, neck, and shoulders. Side sleepers can comfortably hug a Body Pillow whilst they sleep; it has a polyester fiber fill plus a 100% cotton cover.

The Fairmont offers two types of pillows. The Feather & Down is 80% feathers and 20% down and provides firmer support than you may find from other feather/down blend pillows. The pillow has a 240-thread count cotton cover for a super-luxurious feel and comes in King and Queen sizes to fit different bed types.
There’s also the brand’s anti-microbial Synthetic Gel Fibre Pillow, which has down-like support and is anti-bacterial and anti-allergen. It has a 290-thread count white cotton cover, which is a real treat. Choose firm or medium support in King and Queen sizes.
Pillows are sold individually, although you can purchase Pillow Bundles that come with a pair of pillows plus an accompanying pillow case for each. The Fairmount only sells its bedding within the US.
The Four Seasons are known for owning some of the most luxurious hotels in the world and this 5-star hotel group has two pillow brands that they sell to guests, in either standard or Euro sham sizes.
Its Down Alternative Pillow is antimicrobial, anti-bacterial, and made of 100% polyester. Double-stitched with a 240-thread count cotton cover and piped edges, this elegant pillow is a luxury for those who prefer a synthetic pillow. Alternatively, its Down and Feather Pillow offers a more plush feel — and it’s also hypoallergenic.
The one downside is that they’re not machine-washable (see our guide on how to wash pillows here). The Four Seasons pillows need to be dry-cleaned. However, you could extend the time between cleanings with a pillow protector. All Four Seasons pillows are Oeko-Tex certified though, meaning they have been tested and found to be free of any potentially harmful substances.
The Four Seasons pillows can only be purchased and shipped within the US.

Best of all, you’ll get not one, but two pillows for a super affordable price of £30. Note that Premier Inn only ships within the UK.

Why are hotel pillows so comfortable?
We all know the feeling of sinking into a dreamy king-size bed, with the plushest bedding you’ve ever felt in a hotel bedroom.
But there’s a reason why the comfiest pillows are often to be found at hotels, rather than in our homes. Hotel owners and management put a lot of thought (and money) into choosing the best options for their rooms. They want guests to have an excellent night’s sleep, to enjoy their hotel experience, and – most importantly – to return for another visit. Having a comfortable pillow is a huge part of that experience, so they spend a lot of time choosing the right ones.
Hotels also wash and replace their pillows far more often than we do at home. When it comes to how often you should change your pillows, experts recommend replacing them at least every one to two years. Hotels, on the other hand, replace their pillows at a much more frequent rate, so it’s no surprise that they feel plumper and in better condition than our own. Hotel pillows are generally washed much more often too, so they are fresher and feel crisper.
Do other hotels sell bedding?
It’s worth noting that if your favorite hotel brand is missing from this list, that not all hotels have exclusive pillows and other bedding for sale. Many brands procure high-quality pillows from top bedding manufacturers and distributors, instead. But you can still purchase directly from those pillow-makers, too. Sferra, for example, provides pillows and bedding for many of the world’s most prestigious hotels, including AKA and Rosewood.
Downlite and Pacific Coast are also brands that make hotel-quality bedding, and they offer a wide range of pillows to suit individual sleeping styles and preferences. These pillow manufacturers don’t just produce the world’s most comfy pillows though—they also offer a diverse selection of mattresses, sheets, bedding, and other bedroom accessories, many of them exclusively made for your favorite luxury hotels.
So if you’re craving a little luxury at home, it could be fun to recreate the entire hotel sleeping experience by buying from these brands. Or, you could choose one of the best silk pillowcases from our guide.
What brand pillows does Marriott use?
Marriott uses its own branded pillows in its hotels across the world. The famous hotel chain has online storefronts in both the US and the UK to offer a range of 13 different in-house pillows.
A fan favorite is the ‘Marriott Pillow’. Guests are said to love the 70% goose down and 30% Lyocell fiber filling, which makes up the outer layer of the self-named pillow. The pillow’s core is filled with duck feathers. It’s allergen-free, machine-washable, and available in King, Queen, and Standard sizes.
Both the US and UK sites offer free shipping, with occasional discounts throughout the year to make its pillows available to everyone.
